I've heard it said that those who talk most about a bubble have a name: renters. Still, Gillmor's points about the trickle-down effects of a bubble burst sound awful to me (renter)--I will still need a job for the next 40 + years as well as an economy that will support my employment, leisure, and conservative, long-term savings for my retirement.
